Going down the tubes! From: aceman Date posted: 1/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I moved in this place in 1999. It appeared to be a great place. Then new management took over. The rent went up and the place went down the tubes. There is a high turnover rate here and with just cause. Examples: It took 4 mos to fix the hot tub. It took 1 yr to fix the sauna. There are ants all over the place and they do nothing about pest control. For the amount of money you pay..you could stay at much nicer complexes. Stay away....stay far away!!!
