Parc Pointe Apartments

Place is a crack den From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   Made the mistake of staying here for several years, which was several years TOO long. The place was nice when we moved in, nice management and much better upkeep of the building. The water damage to the buildings is extensive, my ceiling is as we speak on my floor...... The new management of the building is a nightmare and the people that have been moving in are to put it bluntly really trashy. Not to mention, you can hear your neighbors as if they were living with you. Stay away - you can find better. The only nice thing I can say is that Arturo the maintenance man is great.
