attention all apartment complex's!!!
steal arturo! he is the only good thing at this apartment complex, and he deserves a raise and a better place to work than with these irresponsible, horrible, offensive, and ignorant management idiots.
the current managers are chris and bobby. they give you a smile, and ignore your needs, but beware, if you complain about the poor conditions at parc pointe, they'd prefer to force you out than to fix any problems!
it took us months to get our jucuzzi working again!
oh, and let's not forget about the death that occurred in the other jacuzzi. i am not kidding. someone drowned in the jacuzzi by the pool. i wonder if it was sadness over how terrible the living conditions are at parc pointe that motivated it' I negected to mention that the jacuzzis have video cameras watching them, but no one cares or watches the video... so there is no reason behind the cameras other than for show. Perhaps if someone was watching, or management cared, this person would be alive today. KEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY!
ask them about it... (they'll probably lie, but it is in public record if you check with the burbank police department.)
also, we often get a nice visit from the burbank police department, for many reasons including drugs, and distubances that the management would prefer to ignore.
THIS APARMENT COMPLEX SHOULD BE SOLD TO A MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT CARES! EVERY OTHER POST HERE IS TRUE!!!
