Truth among all the Lies From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Hello! I have to say that Parc Point rocks. I've lived here for almost a year and the management is great. I have never had a problem geting things fixed and when I was in need..... it got done ASAP. I'm sure that as management.... or humans, they don't like to be disrespected just like everyone else. About the death..... she was an older lady that liked to drink with her medication. She passed out sitting at the edge of the hot tub alone and fell in face down. I asked the police and that's what I was told. The rat story is true, but the rats were pets that one of the renters owned. The owner let them go when they moved out. In the last year I have only had two sightings. The ants are true as well, but only during the summer. The ants are just looking for food and water. To solve that problem..... clean up after yourself. The people with the true problem are the slobs. Over all, this place is great. It's Beautiful, a little pricie, but worth it.
