Parc Pointe Apartments

Quality has truly gone downhill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2002 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001   The complex was great when we moved in, but the current management has consistently been upping the rent on our one bedroom (currently $1050) while the quality of the apartment and the complex has gone downhill. Water stains have popped up on our walls, the carpet is very loose and has lots of ripples, the washing machines are falling apart....argh........ the quality of the people living there has also taken a big downturn - not a lot of consideration for neighbors.
