Parc Pointe Apartments

Parc Pointe is great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001   I lived at Parc Pointe for approx. 6 years. I had a great experience and met some great people. I had a third floor balcony overlooking the park and the Verdugo Mtns. (on non-hazy days)and had palm trees outside my windows and a great pool. If you cannot be happy at Parc Pointe, for the rent, you cannot be happy anywhere. I lived in NY city and Chicago before LA. Now those are high rent, small spaces and no facility towns ... LA you get alot for you buck. Good luck to everyone out trying to make it in LA!
