RATS! - Say hello to your new tenents! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Everything everyone else has written is absolutely correct! AND THERE ARE RATS! PARC POINTE IS INFESTED! Every night you can see them running around the complex. They also deliver a newsletter that is considered a monthly insult to everyone who lives here. Each month it reminds people living here that "Parc Pointe is a business, and we're in the business of making money!" The management team plays off each other, so anytime you complain to one, they claim it was the other... Mitch and Chris need to go! How many colors are they going to paint here until they decide on one' This place is a wreck. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
