Here's a recent review: I have been living at Parc Pointe for a year. First of all, compared to other area complexes, this one is great. The size of the apartments, and the rent is better than many others I looked at. All of the buildings are being updated at the moment. The trees and flowers around the complex are very nice. The pool is cleaned regularly and there are amenities like two fitness rooms, a sundeck and courts. The parking garage is two floors, and the upper level is just below the street, so it feels safe because of the windows. Maintenance has taken care of the minor things I've asked for that very day. Yes, Arturo is great, all of the maintenance staff acknowledges you when they see you. Bobby and Chris in the office have been very friendly and helpful. I live in a one bedroom plus loft which is a welcome change from previous apts. I looked at complexes like the Avalon, which was smaller and much more expensive. Here you are close to major freeways (the 134 is less than a mile away), 2 major grocery stores (one across the street along with a video store), a gas station on the corner, the studios are blocks away, and other things are very close by. Overall I have no complaints. It seems people just want to complain on this site. I guess most of these complaints are from years ago, currently Parc Pointe is in good hands and great shape. It is one of the best complexes in Burbank, and THE best in this neighborhood. That is a reason why they are often at full capacity. People are lucky to live here!
