i've been reading countless posts on apartmentratings for two months now. i've lived here for almost two years now. to be objective, it isn't that bad of a place to live, although, i am a very easy guy when it comes to liveing with others at close proximity. maybe i just got lucky this time that none of my neighors are obnoxious. my next door neighors are family of three, old man, someone else i never seen.
couple times i heard some late night noises from next door (walls are thin), and a few times drunken kid singing on the balcony in another building. but other than that, i never really complained. oh and make sure you try the water at the sink and shower before you move in. some units are older than others, like mine makes very loud water sound when i turn them on.
i've read some parking issues regarding break ins. not sure but i've never ran into any problems. although i am a very careful guy when it comes to leaving my car. i am a big car guy, so i tend to park my car away from everybody else and right next to the stairway/elevator entrance. so i never ran into any problems.
management is probabaly the weakest link in this place. they're slow and almost never there. they take 2-3 hour lunch breaks. other than that, i don't know how good they are since i never had to file a complain.
maintaince teamm is the best i've seen. probably the most friendly too.
overal, there're some ok(s), few bads, and motly good. again, i am an easy guy to live with, so i see it as a decent place to live in. so i would recommand this place.
i think it all comes down to your neighors, who you live with next door. the kid of people you live with makes up ý of difference i think. i think i really just got lucky this time.
