Parc Pointe Apartments

Pretty Good Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Parc Pointe was overall a good place to live. I never had any problems with parking, although I know a few cars were broken into. Everything was always very clean and well kept. The office staff was always friendly if not always present. For the price it seemed like a good deal. The only problems are not the responsiblity of the managment. There is a firestation right next door and it ALWAYS is loud with sirens and such. Also, N Hollywood Way is a very busy street and a lot of black soot gets in the apartment. Overall, a safe, clean place with great amentities for the price. I recommend this for anyone who is new to the city and looking for a good first year experience. Great location if you are working near the studios.
