My car was broken into in the "secure" parking lot with a gated entrance that can be easily manipulated by anyone. When I went to the leasing office to alert them, the response was, "It happens all the time. Don't leave anything valuable in your car. There's nothing we can do." The walls are paper thin in the unit, and I could EVERY noise my neighbors made. When I moved in, my unit looked nothing like the model they showed me. I complained about the dirty carpet and tile, and they said they could clean it. They cleaned it after several no shows and complaints, and it didn't look any better. The laundry rooms are disgusting with machines that rarely work. The ones which do actually run are money-sucking machines that take hours to do a small load. The hallways smell and the elevator breaks often. The only good thing is the work-out room--enjoyed using it. I will never live here again and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
