Rats and Noise during nights From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   This is my 3rd. year leasing here...use to be a family place but in the last 2 years its became a nasty place. There are rats with the size of a squirrel, which is a very dangerous thing cause its transmit lots of diseases. Lots of noise during night time, people drinking alcohol yelling and smoking pot at the yacuzzi and pool areas most of the nights. You cant trust the manager because she never solves anything and seems to be racist with people that are not americans, looks like she is not able to cooperate to solve any matter if you are not an american. Lately the managment has letting in a lot of people with no moral and ethics values which puts our kids safety in jeopardy. I'm still looking for a new place so I can get rid of this.
