I love it here - it has its pros and cons

I've lived in this complex for 4 years and I really like my apartment. I don't plan on moving until I am ready to buy a house.
These are the cons:
- The manager can be difficult to deal with - not the most accommodating person on the planet
- Yes, the elevators do breakdown from time to time and I got stuck in one once - but luckily got saved by the fire department (which is located next door)
- I'm on the top floor and have had problems with leaks when it rained. They patched it up, but it was a reacurring problem for a few months (that was annoying)
- Yes, I've heard of cars getting broken into, but it's never happened to me
- The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbours sometimes, but only during the daytime
These are the PROS:
- Great Location - close to everything
- The neighbourhood is pretty safe. I've never witness an act of violence.
- The landscaping is ALWAYS in great condition
- The Pool Area is always very clean
- I feel like I live in a resort
- The people are very friendly
- The maintenance guys are great and very helpful
- It's very quiet complex. Sometimes you will hear music and playing at the pool, but nothing out of control
