I love it here - I've had no problems in a year and a half

When I first saw this complex I immediately knew I wanted to live there. Other places in the area did not compare - especially price-wise. The grounds are beautiful, the pool and hot tub are always heated, and maitenance was always taken care of within 24 hours - usually less. Underground parking was great, except sometimes not attainable on the first level if I was coming home really late at night. The only problem was the gate having a little difficulty and being open, but it was for a short period of time. Our rent started at $1675, I had one cat which required a $500 pet deposit (no pet rent), and a $1000 deposit for the apartment. After a year lease we were on month-to-month and the rent was raised a mere $50. I loved this complex and am currently in the process of moving out so the only thing I do not have a review for is that process. I would stay here for years if my job was still in the area.
