Park Place Apartments

A good home From: ebola737@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I lived at Park Place apartments for 2 years. It was overall a good experience. I think that the buildings are well kept. The office management was always nice to me. The previous reviewer caught the old office manager as she was leaving to go to a new job. The new guy, Patrick, is pretty cool. Basically, it's an upper-end apartment complex. They've taken great care of the units and they're in great shape. If I had to pick a negative from my time there, it would have to be that I had some bad neighbors that really made way too much noise and would actually shake the floor. One guy I nicknamed "thumper" because this dumb*ss had no idea how to be considerate in an apartment. He could actually shake my room from next door. Beyond that, I had no troubles. Ok, one other thing... They've really raised the rents there. So you've got to be willing to shell out some bucks to get into a unit. I thought it was overpriced when I rented it at $1150 when I moved in...
