Easy going manager From: vickychan143@hotmail.com Date posted: 1/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived there for 4 months at the end of 2006, paid $1300 for a studio apt only becuase i am from canada and could get in anywhere else without a american social insurance number. Patrick is very nice, easy going and handled problems quickly. Had a ant infestation and cleared it up within 24 hrs. For out-of towners it's a great place to rent. Safe Clean Comfortable than other properties seen in the area for sure... You get for what you pay.
