Ok but too many restrictions

Apartments are decent and well maintained but Manager on site will apply too many restrictions most of them are created on fly. Things like do not open the doors for long, do not talk loud while walking in the corridor, do not let kids into corridor, etc. If you are expecting guest (especially for international people whose parents stay more than 1 month) she will charge extra 100 per month keep this in mind when calculating rent.
