Great apartment!

I found the Promenade to be a great apartment complex. The staff was super nice and responsive. Anytime I needed anything, they were smiling and helpful... even when I locked myself out of my apartment at 7:00 am!
At one point, my dishwasher quit cleaning and they immediately had a very friendly maintenance person there to help - and he was good with my dog which is a bonus.
My apartment faced the pool, but I never found noise to be an issue. THe pool and the hot tubs close at 10pm, so there were never any loud, late night parties. In fact, I tried to be sneaky with some friends one night and go down to the hot tub at 11pn, but security quickly ran us off. Nice to know they are there keeping things in order.
Assigned underground parking is a HUGE plus for anyone living in downtown Burbank.
Speaking of downtown Burbank, you can walk each morning to get coffee or hot chocolate. You can walk to the movies, to pick up dinner, to shop at the mall, to enjoy the street parties. Great location for people who like to enjoy the ammenities of downtown Burbank but hate having to find parking in downtown Burbank. Don't drive - just walk! :)
I moved out only because I left CA and went home to GA. Otherwise, I would have certainly stayed.
