Large white building w/ green trim From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2001 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2001   It is a nice building that was recently painted. They always repair things with immediacy, and are always improving things. The pool was recently refinished and the front of the building had gardening work done. The laundry room has been redone and the machines are good. The apartments are nice and you can choose from: 2 bedroom, l bed 1 den, or 1 bedroom. All include a balcony but the 1 bedrooms. They have a heater and a wall air conditioner. The kitchens and bathrooms are average and the kitchens include new stoves, but some apartments have older dishwashers. The carpet is usually replaced after a tenant leaves and new paint. The rooms are nicely sized and there is plenty of closet space. Overall it is a nice building.
