If you plan on relaxing here, you've got another thing coming. The tenants are generally rude, uncaring, and noisy whenever they want to be. People let their animals urinate/defecate in the halls, as well as smoke cigarettes and cigars inside the public buildings with no help from management. Usually 1 or 2 of the four washer/dryers is out and it causes a HUGE backup. This place is NOT worth 925 a month. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm still living here, but come march, I'm outtie.

THE ROYAL EQUESTRIAN IS BAD, BAD, BAD! $925? What bargain. They were going to charge me $1,175 a month for a tiny studio. They were going to kick me out so they could re-install new cheap materials and call it a "remodel".
