I have been living at the Royal Equestrian since 2000, and I have to say that I really do love it here. Other people have had different opinions about this place, but overall I like the area, the neighbors, and the facilities,(especially the pool).
Even though I have seen the staff play musical chairs, I must say that the staff now, is the best its ever been. Their sweet,courteous, and bake fresh cookies every morning, for all the residents, even though some don't deserve it. You can also count on having coffee every morning. They recently started having a continental breakfast every Friday, which was very kind of them. I visit the office every so often, and when I do everyone greets me with a smile.
As for the apartment, the Studios here are a great size, and you have perfect size kithcen and bathroom. A refrigerator is actually included with the unit, and that's rare!! The summers by the pool area are very relaxing. Theres also a fitness center with a couple of cardio machines, which is saving me money on a gym membership.
Everything I have to say about this place is positive and I look forward to living at the Royal Equestrian for many more years to come.

THE ROYAL EQUESTRIAN IS BAD, BAD, BAD!
That's fine, but just you wait until you move, they will charge you for things they don't even know what they are charging you for!
