A bit of a Mixed Bag''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have resided here for 3 years. Pros: Allows dogs and cats, generally very quiet, nice pool, very nice lobby and club house, decent fitness center, nice and safe neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants, convenient to Metrolink, great little cafe across the street, close to studios, LA Zoo and Griffith Park.The business office will let UPS and the USPS leave packages for you in the office. Some neighbors are very friendly. Cons: Repairs are slow, office staff are pleasant but shockingly disorganized and inefficient, no recycling, jr. 1 bedroom apartments are really very small, generally not a good value for what you are paying, some neighbors are less than friendly. I believe that the pros outweigh the cons, so I will cautiously recommend (as long as the cons don't drive you crazy).
