I stayed in the furnished studio for four months. This was my first time living by myself without roommates in a new city and I have to say being a young female I felt really safe at the apartment complex. Everyone was friendly including staff and neighbors. The complex seemed really secure. There was a parking spot for my car in the gated parking lot but I usually just parked on the street out front and had no problems there. Very nice, safe neighborhood. The bathroom was a very generous size. The kitchen wasn't too cramped and actually pretty nice for a studio. The a/c worked really well cooling my whole apartment. The furnishing was nice. The closet was huge with mirrors.
I really loved my apartment and had I stayed in the area I'd still be there. The only real problem I had with it was only getting a small portion of my deposit back when I left it in tip top condition. (They'll charge you a few hundred dollars to clean the carpets and all that).
Yeah there are some kids and noise at the pool during the day, but what apartment complex doesn't have that' You have to expect that.
