Royal Equestrian Apartments

A Big Piece of Crap! From: truth_teller Date posted: 6/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I don't know where the people who have been giving good reviews live but it's obviously not at the Royal Equestrian. Just a few quick points: For a place that only has studios and one bedrooms there are an awful lot of families that have like 20 kids. Forget about getting any sleep durring the day as they all hang around the pool and scream. The whole building shakes when someone walks down the hall The fridge should be renamed an ice box The a/c is a fan The apartments are tiny The hallways smell like a mix between dead animals, animal urine, and cleaning spray The live in maintenance guy is a total JERK! The office staff is a JOKE...... I'll hold back any personal comments on that one..Alyson and Carl!!!! They demand a 60 day notice to move''''''''' Forget about hanging out by the pool there's some old man who used to be a playgirl model who sits out there and hits on everyone. The parking lot floods whenever it drizzles The Burbank PD are -------S and they always come, (why is it okay for rude people to let their kids scream at the pool at 7 A.M. but not okay to sit and have a smoke quietly with a friend at 11 P.M.') Don't believe any of the positive reviews on here. They were either put up by the crack team of idots that run the office or by people that are never ever home. Trust me, I made lots of friends living here (which was the ONLY good thing) and everyone hates it. Nobody renews a lease. This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life. Stay far far away. And whoever said they have breakfast every friday is on crack!!!
