We are trying to move out as fast as we can!!
When we moved in, the apartment was so filthy and dusty. Things were broken, not working, etc.
The walls are so thin! Can hear everything going on in the next apartment. Parking sucks. There was a mix up with my parking spot that took over a month to sort out!!! Gate locks are always broken so unsafe. People let their dogs poo and pee EVERYWHERE!! and don't clean up after them. There is a special bag dispenser and trash cans for dogs, but NEVER ANY BAGGIES!!!
The neighbors are terrible!! One across the hall slams his door in the middle of the night so hard it knocks the magnets off our fridge! The same neighbors are out in the hall banging on their door all the time in the middle of the night, fighting or something. We've complained to management, but nothing happens. The old lady upstairs always forgets and leaves her water on, flooding her apartment and leaking into ours. Again, management has done nothing. The neighbors that live above her throw their cigarette butts on to our patio.
People are so loud and leave their doors open all the time.
Work orders I've put in almost a year ago have not been completed.
The largest apartment here is 600 sq ft. Not even a 1 bedroom. I don't understand how people live here with 3 to 4 kids. It's hard enough with Me, my boyfriend and our tiny dog.
