Very pleasant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The last couple of reviews were amusing. One sort of gets an idea of the educational level of those 'creative writers'. Let's just say, it isn't much. Once you muddle through their horrid stories filled with mis-spellings, you can only wonder "why" are they here' Is it because, they were rejected everywhere else' This apartment community is quite nice and pleasant. It's close to quite a lot and the staff are most friendly. I have lived here for almost one year and find it suitable. Granted, it's an older building, but it is nicely maintained. There will always be 'complainers' in buildings this size and those that do complain and moan are eventually evicted (I hope the last bad reviewers were). So, whoever reads this site, do explore this community. And, an added note, the apartments are adorable and include fridges (rare in Los Angeles). Good luck to all of you!
