Such a nice place and location

I've rencently moved out and do want to say this location is 'ideal'. Yes, the community is older, but it was built over 30 years ago! What do you expect''! If I wanted new and updated, I would've paid a fortune elsewhere. Reading that last review was hysterical, as obviously those who write negatively were never good tenants to begin with! To say the staff is NOT eager is a blantant lie!! The staff is great!! Always friendly and willing to listen. Every issue that I may have had with my unit, got done within 24 hours. The person who wrote that; "they turn off the water for no reason", is an idiot. Turning off water is required in the event of a plumbing emergency. And, I completely understand that at times it is necessary to do so. It has only happened about 2 times while I was in residency.
In conclusion, I do recommend this place, as the units are cute and the location is so ideal.
