Hole in bathroom ceiling for one year. From: Tega Date posted: 12/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   I lived in Royal Equestrian for about three years and the hole in the bathroom ceiling never got repaired for about a year while I lived there. I finally moved with the hole still in the ceiling. When I complained that cockroaches were coming into my apartment from the apartment above, they told me that it was my fault. I had too many things in my apartment. The people up above had let a dog live there alone and unattended for quite a while. I believe they had to replace the carpet. Then the boyfriend moved in with his cockroachy furniture and it was downhill from there. I felt sick a lot and would just come home from work and sleep until the next morning. I think it was because of mold from the ceiling that collapsed over my bathtub. I could see the bathtub underside of the people above me through the hole, it was so big. The sink in the bathroom had rust damage in it. The soundproofing wasn't soundproofing. You can hear way too much next door. When I lived there the rent was half what it is now. Why is it more expensive, for so little'
