i HAVE LIVED AT THE ROYAL EQUESTRIAN FOR GOING ON 3 YEARS - I HAVE WITNESSED THE COMPLEX GO FROM A DUMP TO A WONDERFULLY COZY AND CLEAN BUILDING.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE STAFF BOTH MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT.

THE ROYAL EQUESTRIAN IS BAD, BAD, BAD. I'd like to hear some examples of the "good things" the staff does. You probably work there.
