We stayed in Royal Equestrian for one year and couldn't take it any more so we moved. There are so many problems at this place I don't even know when to start, but first of all we are not just "a couple who happened to hate it so we want to vent," we genuinly tried to like this place but it was near impossible and people should know what the place is really like. The last review was clearly written by the staff because the staff is the WORST problem of all. Very unhelpful, the managment switched over and now claims to "lose" certain records to try and rip you off to pay things you've already paid, things never get fixed, the staff is rude when you have to deal with them, and when they showed us the model they lied to us about what we'd be getting. When we moved in everything was in poor shape except the carpet. (Paint over dirty walls, burn marks on the counters, door knobs that fell out the week we moved in, a bathroom fan that didn't work, a garbage disposal that needed to be replaced, a leaky and moldy bathtub, linoleum coming up from the floor, and a window that didn't work-to name a few) In general the only thing good about this place is the location. The neighborhood is great. We know of many people who have moved because the place is in shambles. They raised the prices-why I don't know, and will try to sell you on a "one bedroom" that is actually a studio. Say no!!!! There is no room for any of your stuff so be ready to have piles of junk everywhere. No matter how much we'd clean the place never felt clean. Just to let you know, its not worth it.... at all.
