Terribly rude unprofessional management and overpriced

The management has gotten really bad. They were so kind to us the day that we were interested in renting and made it so easy for us with little deposit down and smaller upfront fees (that's their lure), but literally as soon as we moved in, it has been a horrible horrible nightmare. They could care less in showing some kindness, respect, and decency towards anybody. Literally anytime you ask them a question, they treat you like scum. What's worse is that the manager has the same attitude and disrespect as everyone else. They have a bad system of keeping packages that are shipped. Our packages disappeared several times, and they never say sorry.
In addition, they've increased the cost several times. There have been times that all of a sudden we get a bill for utilities, and we weren't given 30 days notice for the new utility that is now our responsibility. They claim that we got the 30 days notice. My advice - DON'T MOVE IN! It's worth paying a higher security deposit and any other upfront fees elsewhere.

THE ROYAL EQUESTRIAN IS BAD, BAD, BAD! I had the same exact experiences, it was an imcompetent nightmare. I got to the point to make it a point NOT to talk to ANYONE in that office! I'm beginning to believe, this is exactly what they want.
