Worst Management and Staff - Horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The entire staff of Stratus Real Estate (http://www.stratusrealestate.com the property management company) are terrible and the staff at this apartment complext are no different. We have rented from 2 apartments they manage and both experiences have been horrible. They close the office constantly, are very rude and never helpful. They never return your calls, not even the corporate QC officers. They make you feel like you are at fault for their inabilities to maintain their apartments. Getting work done in your apartment is difficult to say the least and never is completed in one try. We didn't have heat for weeks! Only some of the laundry machines work. DON'T RENT ANY APARTMENT MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY.
