A bad experience From: override47 Date posted: 3/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   This building used to be a hotel, so that's what you're getting. Studios are extremely cramped and small -- definitely NOT worth the 995 rent per month (went up to 1170). Termites, bugs, too much construction work, noise, you name it. Not a happy place to reside. I'm glad I'm out of there. I found a 1 bedroom place in ENCINO for the same price but so much better/bigger. I would NOT recommend Royal Equestrian. Oh and did I mention the office staff are JERKS'
