If you move into this hell hole you will be eh re writing your own story.
I have been here longer than I want to accept for reasons beyond my control but I can warn you...they will raise your rent 10% each time and tell you that it's "their right".
They will tear apart your kitchen and bathroom and make you go without water for 2 days so they can "upgrade" you to copper piping. I liked my old piped just fine. By the way, did I mention that they have been working on this project since Thanksgiving Weekend and they are still not done'
they give 12-14 hours notice for entering your apartment..or they just enter without notice at all. Or they give you the 12-14 hours notice for the next day and never show up when you stay at home all day waiting for them from 9-6 because you can't trust the contractors around your expensive property.
The onsite manager does nothing...she does not accept calls about noise or disturbances. She says to call the police who say to call her.
The noise is unreal on al sides of the building. IF you live on the front, there is the traffic on Riverside Drive. If you live on the side or in the back, there are car doors slamming in the car ports. If you live in the inside, there is the pool and obnoxious children actors screaming Marco Polo all damned day.
An unfurnished POS 400 sq foot apt is going for $1060 and up right now.
The gates are always broken and open for anyone to enter into the complex.
I could seriously go on forever...
They had the nerve to tell me I would not find anything better for the price in the area. LOL

This place has nothing to offer.

Yes, they are a laugh and a half! I found a HUGE apartment about 1/2 block from the Royal Equestrian on the SAME STREET, a 1 Bdr, fireplace, $850 a month. They are very full of it!
