A Total Nightmare!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   When I first moved in it was a great place to live, issues would be adressed the same day and the staff was friendly, but once another company bought them out it was a total nightmare from that point on!!! The new management and staff are all talk because they act like they are going to do something but never do. For example, back in february they entered my apartment without my permission, tore down the wall in the batroom (about 4ft by 3ft hole) and left a note on the door saying that they had to because the next door apartment had a water problem so they had to access the pipes from our apartment. They said they would patch up the hole and paint it in a couple days. They never did, even after calling and talking to various staff members over fifty time, which became a huge hassel. I still have the huge hole and it is now june. They do not abide by any of the rules stated in the lease contract. Doors are propped open for anyone to walk in, people stay by the pool area past hours (they are there until 4 am and are very loud), we've called the cops several times due to noise disturbances by the pool, people don't park in their assigned parking spot, they never repare things in a timely fashion (we went without water in the shower for 1 week (we had to shower in the gym which was very inconvienant), their washing machines and dryer are always broken and take a long time to fix, people leave their dog s**t all over the place the list goes on and on. We have followed all their rules and they have yet to follow any of theirs. PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE... DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH HELL 24/7
