I had the misfortune to stay in a corporate studio in the Royal Equestrian because I brought along my dog. If you would like to have additional pets, the flies, gnats, spiders or snails, then this is the place for you. There was not a day that went by where I did not have to fight some type of creature to take a bath, lay comfortably in bed or watch television in peace. I eventually slept on the couch where there was no wall over my head and no chance that I would wake up next to an insect that did not buy me dinner the night before or was helping with the rent. The place is still under construction so you must deal with the noise of the make-shift crew who use and leaves anywhere grocery carts to carry their equipment. There are other people there with pets and they do not clean up after them, they allow them to use the bathroom right by the elevators so that you are always greeted with the smell of urine. I had to fight with my dog everyday to get him out of the gate to urinate. DO NOT WALK IN THE GRASS. You will find a new brown, smelly decoration on them if you do. Now let's discuss the management, which is also under construction. It was like watching a version of dumb and dumber being filmed. To say that they are ineffective is an understatement. The washers and dryers do not work, my gate opener never worked, they refused me the use of the dolly to move out for reasons unknown. I was only there two months and simply cannot believe that people actually live there full time.

Oh my god you are so right. I've lived there for a year and I have experienced everything you have just described and much more debauchery. The Royal Equestrian is absolutely the most awful place any body could ever choose to live in. Be smart readers, don't ever let the outside appearance or the walk through of the "renovated" apartment for potential renters fool you. If you choose to stay at the Royal Equestrian please know that you are honestly entering the 7 circles of Hell.
