Royal Equestrian Apartments

New management From: arkgal Date posted: 1/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved in here in December of '06 and was new to town and unsure of where to live and picked Royal Equestrian. I read reviews on here and they were awful. I was worried. The thing is management has changed here. The main lady is extremely friendly and so is the staff. They are constantly cleaning around the complex. I haven't had to call them once yet for any problems. It looks like they are renovating and maybe it is them improving on problems of previous managment. It's gotten loud here for minutes like twice and I'm right next to the entrance. Yes, most of the dryers in my laundry room are broken and have not been fixed but that is the only problem I've seen. It's also in a really nice, covenient to everything neighborhood. I do wonder if there's a more affordable studio for my money, but that's yet to be seen. So, at least look at this place fresh again because it does have new management.
