ITS 7 AM AND THERES A JACKHAMMER OUTSIDE MY WINDOW From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   this place is a nightmare for noise, I have late nights alot and sleep in during the day quite frequently, well at least I try to. At the royal equestrian they dont care how early it is they're doin construction, LOUD CONSTRUCTION. On top of that theres nast bugs, its overpriced and it says SAUNA on the advertisement but the sauna is 30 years old and is broken. Worst apartment experience ever.
