Been here over two years (now 2007) and they are raising the rent on me, again. It started out with terrible management, then new management (a little better), but TONS of very invasive and disruptive construction, a long stretch with broken washers and dryers, and when the new washers/dryers finally came, they were MUCH smaller and they raised the price! The pool is never heated, the hot tub is kinda gross, the fitness center is terrible (not stocked, bad equiptment, dark and dingy, etc) and there are constantly kids running around being very loud. The apartments are TINY for what you can get, and I've finally just had enough. After being an excellent tenant, always on time with rent, I've finally had enough and am finding a nicer apartment. New management is much nicer to deal with, but $1750 for a tiny one bedroom is ridiculous... I'm moving to a two bedroom guest house down the street for $1000 instead!
