You know how when you move and you try to smile at everyone and make new friends with the office' Good luck here! The woman that they kept after the management transfer, what were they thinking' She was rude from day one! Never helpful, lazy, slow, doesn't like to answer the phone, and gives so much attitude you think you must have just offended her. Enjoy trying to catch her on a good day, maybe she has those when she's not at work. I asked to have some things fixed while I was gone for 2 weeks before Christmas, guess what...I came back and nothing was done. She never put in the request.
I've been here 6 months and they haven't stopped with construction! And when they covered my air conditioning unit so I couldn't use it for over a week in the 90 degree heat we had, I couldn't even leave the windows open over night because they would wake me with the sawing, yelling of the crews, and jack hammering at 7am.
I can understand construction but this is ridiculous. The crew props open all the exterior doors for anybody to walk in (now when they are shut, the locks don't work); they even leave the car gate open for days at a time, I sure won't be surprised if someone's car is stolen. The crew eats lunch and leaves behind their litter everywhere; stair wells, door ways, what is that'! When they redid the parking lot (well, they said they did but no one seems to be able to tell what they did) and made us park somewhere else, they said we would be towed if we moved back to our spots before they were done. Well...after the 15 days they gave was up and they still had it blocked off and no one worked on the lot at any point during the day (believe me, I work from home and know) the office (yes, that woman) said I would be towed if I moved my car back, even though about 9 other people had already done so, she said we would all be towed; from our own paid parking spots!! Why didn't they have us move our cars before they started spray painting the exterior a few months ago and got tiny specks of paint all over my car that I now have to fight with them to pay for the detailing' Also about the noise, you can even hear your neighbors tv through the walls. And don't the child actors that live here have parents, they run through the halls chasing each other after 11 at night. Most of the people are nice though (that live here).
I will say the new club house looks nice and they sent out notes to enjoy it and hang out there. How exactly do they expect you to do that when they keep it locked all day and you have to request the key, if no one is already in there' Shouldn't it be a place for us to hang out, we sure pay enough to use it whenever we want without having to go to the awful woman in the office.
