Icon to Greed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2007   I was in here about 14 years. Watched speculators buy this place and over and over. The last 6 years watch my rent go from 900 to 2350 a month . No upkeep , walls cracked routinely from the traffic vibration, ant problems. Truck route at night. Noisy, polluted , cheap fixtures and really not worth even looking at unless you are rich and really stupid. Everyone moved out so you might find it enjoyable.
