Landlady does not care From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We had to contact the landlady 3 times to get a copy of our lease. We finally gave up and contacted the Management Company. The place is not kept up very well and the bar-b-ques are too dirty to use. Additionally, there are several proposition 65 warnings, but the management company has not advised us (in fact they say nothing is wrong) of the dangers. And the land lady told us that the locks were changed when we moved in, even though she only gave us one key b/c the last tenants moved out and took the keys. 4 days later we got new locks. The washer & dryer are a plus.
