Not worth it From: silentval Date posted: 12/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The former manager was a nightmare. The current manager has a better personality, but in the end of the day is fairly useless. The building is not well maintained. The intercom doesn't work. When we moved in, none of the cleaning or repairs promised were completed. The building is very noisy. The walkway on the 2nd floor acts as a sound amplifier. Every single step sounds like a pounding beat. Plus the plumbing is loud. The security deposit for such an old building shouldn't be one month rent. For the price, I'd find another place if I were you. I'm moving when the lease is up.
