If you want to live in a home that provides a false sense of security then Scott Villa's is the place for you.
This complex previously employed a friendly maintenance man who was quick to say hello. He was also quick burglarized several apartments. Had the complex ran a criminal background check on this person, it would have discovered that he is a convicted sex offender. This same individual is also a person of interest in the murder of a resident.
Yes, a resident of Scott Villa's was murdered 7 months ago.
In addition to the lack of security, the older management couple is exceedingly difficult to deal with. Yes, they are quick to change a light bulb or accomplish any small mundane task. Ask for anything larger and they will provide excuses or simply ignore the request.
To top things off, construction of this complex is poor. Every time it rains, the roof and walls leak. There are cracks in the walls and ceiling both on the inside and the outside of the apartments.
Oh and the already high rent... it was raised just a few days after the maintenance man was arrested.
