I just recently left Scott Villa and moved out of state. But had I not, I would've stayed there for many more years. I felt very safe there, the office staff is great, its a beautiful complex and close to everything. I absolutely loved my one bedroom apartment. It had the most unique open floor plan I've ever seen.
