Cockroaches!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   One of the apartments had a serious cockroach problem and it spread to several other apartments. The new management, JPI, sprayed in their multiple times but it didn't work. The roaches spread to surrounding apartments and they too had to have their apartment sprayed. There are still roaches in the building because JPI didn't handle it properly. Once you get roaches, you can't ever get rid of them.
