I've experienced both good and bad, but overall I'm now content. Several items had to be fixed in my apartment when I moved in but once I put a work order in, they were quickly fixed. The leasing agents follow-up with me on the work orders as well. There are two buildings that make up the property: a smaller 35 unit building at 211 North Valley St and the larger one with 110 units at 235 North Valley St. Residents have access to both buildings, including their amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, laundry facilities, etc). The building is improving their amenities, parking, units so even though this may be a pain for residents, it will pay off in the end. I like the interior of the upgraded units (crown molding, new appliances, gas fireplace, etc). There is also designated visitor's parking, which not too many buildings offer.
