Some goods and some bads!

Upside:
-Nice, clean and relatively cooler (5-10 F than rest of Burbank) neighberhood
- Well maintained and secure apartments
- Vons, Albertsons, Carls Jr., Popeye, Subway, Savon drugs at walking distance
- One of the cheapest gas stations in Burbank (or even LA metro) just one block away
- Professional management
- Reasonable rent and deposit

Downside:
- Plumbing is loud, though bearable
- Management is very strict (DO NOT DELAY rent check even by a day!)
- If you open windows you will hear sound of 134 fwy.
- Sometimes (4-5 times a month) choppers or planes make sound. This could be annoying at night.
- No fitness center/spa
