Plumbing in unit is loud, like other reviewers said. Smells and offensive odors in hallways. Pool is nice but tenants living around pool don't like noise or children. Preferential treatment to
long-time residents. Lots of theft in parking garage, both bikes and in cars. Clubhouse in dire need of paint and carpeting. Poor value.
