They have redone all the carpet in the hallways, repainted, and retiled. I've lived here for two years and will be here for awhile. Only noise complaint is that some of the apartments face a backlot of Warner Bros., so if they are filming you may hear that. Management is familiar with their tenants, and are very helpful and on top of anything you may need. Rent is decent compared to other apartments in the area. Recommended.
